Seeking staff for immediate hire in Philadelphia. Current cases available in the Philadelphia County area!

Case load of 30-40 hours/week available.

Bluebird ABA is seeking caring and reliable direct care providers (RBT or BHT-ABA) who are dedicated to helping children with the science of Applied Behavior Analysis.

Activities include:

• Implement the ABA treatment plan under the supervision of the BSC/BCBA.
• Utilize evidence based strategies of Applied Behavior Analysis.
• Collect data as instructed by the BSC/BCBA.
• Provide 1:1 behavioral interventions for decrease of maladaptive behavior and acquisition of replacement behaviors and needed skills.
• Transfer skills to caregivers and school staff for generalization and maintenance.
• Participate in agency required trainings and supervision.

Must be a kind and patient person who enjoys being with children and helping them learn and grow.

 Experience:

• Applied Behavior Analysis: 1 year (Preferred)
• TSS/BHT: 1 year (Preferred)
• RBT or 40 Hour Training (Preferred)
